A Stranger and a Snowman

Scott and I had a Christmasy morning at the Racks. After breakfast, Carl spotted a deer back by the creek, then two, then three!! We all had fun watching them out the windows for at least an hour. Dolly couldn't take her eyes off the horse-dogs...

After our strangers in the woods left, we all piled on the snow gear and sledded and threw snowballs...Cassia was on the prowl for Uncle Scott and she got him a couple times too!

Jeff started to roll a giant ball and before we knew it, everyone was helping to make the biggest snowman I've ever seen!

We rolled him on the side of the house, and took him to the front so the green grass wouldn't lie exposed underneath...

Scott realized that we had real coal we had brought from our backyard in Boston to put in people's stockings for a joke, so Frosty had "two eyes made out of coal!"

Awww. Jayme, I love it!!! All those pictures made me smile. Such fun memories. (The funniest picture to me was the one where the guys rolled those HUGE snowballs across the driveway!) That snowman had to be the best ever. I like it's face as your blog heading. :)

Jayme, I LOVE your snowman entry!!Please, please, please send me those pictures. I have nothing of all of you playing in the snow, since I was at work that day :(...oh, how I wish I could have been there!!!) But what fun it was to pull in the driveway that day and see the most awesome snowman ever!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing that --very, very fun!! You're in my prayers as you head back to school tomorrow. Tomorrow is also Jen Jackson's first day back - did you see her blog? She got a job at Barnes and Noble :).
Love you so much! Please give Scott a big squeeze for me.

Hi, Jayme! I love the snowman. Much bigger than the pile we were able to give a face and call "snow girl". So you're back to school? I hope you enjoy every minute. Maybe we can talk on Skype tonight. Love you! Have an amazing day! xoxo

Ok...so I am a little slow at reading my comments on the blog. I just found the one from Dec. 9th about Taylor!!
Yeah she has officially passed me up and now Brad is next. I will try to get some pics. of her on here. As soon as I find the cord to my scanner or as soon as I see her again to take a pic of her. You will be amazed at her!!
They do not have four kids though. Kevin married a girl who already had 3 girls and then Maddie is Stephs niece.
I will read my comments faster from now on!! Glad you had a good Christmas!
