Every thursday, there is a bountiful, mouth-watering Farmer's Market in Brookline, which is about a ten minute bike ride from home. It opens at 1:30 and doesn't close until dusk. It is set up in a parking lot with a dozen white tents.
Every tent has its own exciting thing to fill your senses with colors, textures and smells.

YUM! I may be visiting our new farmers market soon! ;)
I need to call you to finish up our convo- last week was crazy busy so sorry I haven't got back to you.
Love you!
Yes, I've been thinking about that too! Call me whenever you get a chance this week...maybe I can get some blogging instruction while we're at it :o)
I wonder if that's the market John and I walked through when we were in Boston last year. Anyway, the colors in your photos look delicious, as well as the bounty you brought home. Love you! xoxo
I'm sure it's not, Christine. We live in Allston, which is about 6 miles directly west of downtown (just like the distance from Hyde Park to downtown Chicago.) I'm sure you went to the market by Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market right down town on the bay, which is a cooler market for sure, with lots of fresh fish. I love that you have been here before! miss you!
